Is the platform free to use?

Yes, this platform is free to use. Create a free account to build your customisable feed.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the profile button in the top right corner. You will be prompted to either sign in, or sign up. You will need to use an email address to sign up.

How do I save articles?

Upon viewing each article, you will see three buttons. This includes like, share and bookmark. Click the bookmark option to save articles into your own space.

A topic I am interested in is missing, can you add it?

The knowledge hub continues to be updated with new and relevant information. Please send any requests for content to business@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

Which sources do you use for information?

We use a variety of sources, including (but not limited to) industry and expert-led websites such as those linked below, alongside the knowledge and expertise from in-house experts.
